Mango Salon is growing, and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as a Salon Guest Services Supervisor (Trainee). This leadership development role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is excited to grow into a long-term leadership or management position.
About the Role
The Salon Guest Services Supervisor (Trainee) supports daily salon operations while learning to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from salon leaders, and real-world experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities within Mango Salon.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Customer Service
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Confirm salon services and rebook follow-up appointments
  • Process credit card transactions accurately
  • Learn and use salon management software
  • Maintain product, service, and promotion knowledge to support guests

Salon Operations & Floor Support
  • Help coordinate the service floor to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with staff coverage and designer schedules
  • Support salon leadership with communication and implementation of Mango initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to meet guest needs

Leadership Development & Team Support
  • Learn to lead by example and support team success
  • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Anticipate team needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Learn and follow Mango systems, processes, and standards
