We're looking for a Dispatcher!
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatcher to join our Home Services Residential Company. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing the daily schedule and dispatch of technicians to various locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in dispatch or scheduling is preferred, but not required.
The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and appointments
  • Monitor and track technician locations and availability
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and update them on technician arrival times
  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Willingness to work either a day or evening/night shift with some weekend work required (Weekends rotated with other Dispatchers)
  • Experience in dispatch or scheduling (preferred, but not required)
