Dispatch Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of dispatchers who manage the scheduling and routing of vehicles, personnel, or shipments. They ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining effective communication between drivers, clients, and management. Dispatch Supervisors also handle any issues that arise during transport or delivery, monitor performance, and enforce company policies and procedures.
