Job description

Manada Tech is looking for a new site dispatcher.
We are looking for someone who is a great listener, strong communicator, and diligent in completing tasks. The right person will have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and work experience in a role demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our site dispatcher should be comfortable with being an escalation point of contact for our customers, and an individual who can address issues with products and services.
Site Dispatcher will support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada's partners and clients.
This position will be on-site at our Durham, NC office.
All Shifts Available
6 am to 8 pm
$16.50-18.50/ hour
Requirements
  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services (willingness to learn)
  • Read and speak English (Spanish Fluency a positive)
  • Punctual with excellent attendance
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, copy machines, etc.)
  • Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken and written word to respond promptly to e-mail, voicemail, and system messages and requests
  • General knowledge of office management practices and procedures
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
