7171421 Canada Inc., a Canadian administrative services company providing dispatch services to transportation companies within the Loyal Express Group, located at 1300 Le Neuf Avenue, Bécancour, QC, G9H 2E4, is hiring a Junior Dispatcher.
This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities

  • Schedule delivery appointments;

  • Confirm shipping schedules and delivery timelines;

  • Generate and update shipping and delivery documentation;

  • Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and track shipments;

  • Receive, create, and process orders;

  • Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and shipments, Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations

  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment using a variety of computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment

      Requirements
