REPORTS TO: Installation Manager
LOCATION: 5224 Miller Rd., Unit A1-3, Columbus, GA 31909
JOB TYPE: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking to welcome a Bilingual professional to oversee the activities of our subcontracted flooring installers. This position will focus on dispatching subcontractor work orders, processing inspections and deliveries, and providing support to our subcontractors during installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate with our subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders efficiently.
  • Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy, ensuring that all payment details are correct.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve any work order issues.
  • Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to satisfy customers and retain business.
  • Interact seamlessly with other Real Floors employees in various roles and functions, including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Be willing to perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in providing phone-based customer support. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks while engaging in phone conversations.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized individual with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Proactive in identifying, researching, and resolving problems as they arise. Takes initiative to solve issues and assist others when needed.
  • Proficient in corresponding effectively and professionally via email.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Shared Drive is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the flooring industry is preferred, but a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued in potential candidates.
