About the Role:

Retail media is becoming a keycomponentof the marketing mix, and our team is at the forefront of shaping its impact. As a Senior Analyst, Retail Media Activation, you will play a key role in developing andoptimizingretail media strategies that drive measurable enterprise growth.

You willbe responsible forexecuting media campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving innovation across retail media networks. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of retail media, and a passion for delivering client success.

Key Responsibilitiesof a Sr. Analyst, Retail Media Activation:

Retail Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, andoptimizeretail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels, including Programmatic Displayand CTV/OLV.

  • Implement algorithmic and manual bidding strategies to maximize performance.

  • Develop and refine data-driven media briefs based on client businessobjectives, historical learnings, and industry trends.

  • Identifyand implement test-and-learninitiatives to unlock new capabilities and improve campaign effectiveness.

Retail & Technology Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with leading Retail Media Networks (RMNs) such as Amazon,Walmart, and Instacart.

  • Partner with technology platforms includingPacvue, The Trade Desk, and Criteo to enhance campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline media planning and execution.

Client Leadership & Account Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by developing tailored retail media strategies that align with client business goals.

  • Lead day-to-day program management, including definingobjectives, executing media plans, andoptimizingperformance.

  • Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations that drive measurable impact.

  • Effectively manage client relationships, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.

Thought Leadership & Cross-Functional Strategy

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging retail media platforms, and evolving best practices.

  • Contribute to company-wide knowledge sharing by refiningOvative'sretail media approach and frameworks.

  • Support broader cross-channel digital marketing strategy initiatives, providingexpertisein retail media performance.

Team Leadership & Development

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance digital media, with a strong focus on retail media.

  • Provenexpertisein Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk,Pacvue, and Criteo.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data,identifytrends, and drive actionable insights.

  • Track recordof delivering results through display channels and performance media.

  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay Transparency

AtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience andanticipatedimpact.Additionalbenefits information is provided below.

For our Sr. Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from$75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a15% bonus.
