Job description

TEksystems has a contract role for a Hospitality Sector Program Manager with Oracle Opera experience.

Our client is seeking an experienced Hospitality Business Program Manager to support a large-scale Oracle OPERA Cloud transformation across its hospitality portfolio.

This role will act as the operational counterpart to the technology project management team, ensuring hospitality business stakeholders remain aligned with program milestones, risks, dependencies, process changes, and go-live readiness activities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hospitality operations experience, proven program management capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting OPERA Cloud or comparable hospitality technology implementations.

This individual will function as a trusted advisor to Hospitality leadership, helping business teams anticipate challenges, organize workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure the organization is prepared for successful system deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Business Readiness

Partner with Hospitality Operations, Technology, and Project Management teams to drive successful execution of the OPERA Cloud transformation program.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.

Identify business activities that can progress independently while technology teams complete development, testing, migration, and deployment activities.

Maintain visibility into cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, and readiness activities.

Ensure hospitality teams remain aligned with implementation timelines and go-live requirements.

Hospitality Operations Leadership

Serve as a subject matter expert on hotel operations and property management processes.

Translate operational business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.

Provide guidance on operational impacts across:

Front Desk

Housekeeping

Reservations

Property Management

Vacation Rentals

Ownership Programs

Guest Services

Anticipate operational challenges and identify gaps before deployment.

Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate engagement across corporate teams and field operations.

Partner with local property stakeholders to gather business requirements and operational feedback.

Drive decision-making workshops and readiness reviews.

Facilitate communication between executive sponsors, operational leaders, and implementation teams.

Risk Management & Governance

Proactively identify business risks and mitigation plans.

Maintain risk, issue, and dependency tracking.

Support executive reporting and governance activities.

Provide objective assessments regarding program readiness and operational preparedness.

Business Process Transformation

Evaluate how new systems impact business processes and operating models.

Document future-state workflows and process improvements.

Partner with change management resources to support organizational adoption.

Ensure business process changes are integrated into implementation activities.

Value Realization & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and business value creation.

Develop frameworks for capturing, prioritizing, and tracking post-implementation enhancements.

Support ROI analysis, benefit realization, and future-state roadmap development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
