At Chick-fil-A Lewis Center, we're building leaders, not just filling positions.

What this role actually looks like:
  • You'll lead ~2 shifts per week
  • The rest of the week, you'll support and learn from other Team Leads and Directors
  • You'll help create an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for
  • You'll learn how to coach others, solve problems, and run a shift with confidence
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be 18+ and able to work 6 AM - 2 PM OR 2 PM - 11 PM, including Saturdays
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong communicator who can motivate and develop others
  • High energy, problem solver, moves with urgency
  • Confident and resourceful, with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and building a winning team culture
