About the Role & Team:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President within Enterprise Technology and Data, serving as a subject matter expert in executive support for a senior technology leader. Operating within Disney's Corporate segment, this role helps enable world-class leaders and innovative storytellers by ensuring executive operations run seamlessly across a global, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
In this Corporate role, you will act as a skilled, experienced lead and mentor, independently identifying and solving problems while providing expert executive support to an SVP in Enterprise Technology and Data. You will manage complex, confidential administrative workflows, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements that support Disney's innovative, global corporate technology initiatives. This role matters because it ensures senior leaders can focus on strategic decisions while relying on a proactive, adaptable team player with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to an SVP, including complex calendar management, prioritizing meeting requests, and coordinating urgent, last-minute changes across multiple time zones.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and meeting requests, exercising sound judgment and discretion on behalf of the executive.
  • Plan and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, passport updates, and seamless logistics aligned with company policies.
  • Manage expense reporting, invoices, and purchase orders, liaising with Finance and other partners to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support daily office operations, including conference room scheduling, office equipment and IT coordination, supplies ordering, and serving as a central point of contact for the team.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up action items for executive and departmental meetings.
  • Handle onboarding and welcoming of new employees, ensuring a smooth start and acting as a knowledgeable resource for team processes and tools.
  • Act as a lead and mentor to junior support professionals, providing guidance on tools, processes, and teamwork while informally allocating work as needed.
  • Serve as liaison with other executive assistants, Chiefs of Staff, IT, Facilities, and cross-functional partners to coordinate logistics and support critical business needs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and tact when interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant executive support or high-level administrative experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in equivalent high-level administrative support within a fast-paced, large organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and flawless grammar.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and executive-level decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse, matrixed teams and build strong relationships with senior executives and support professionals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and common office technologies.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing beyond basic job duties.
  • Team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills, able to act as a collaborative, adaptable, and inspirational partner to leaders and peers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within The Walt Disney Company or in a highly matrixed, global media or entertainment organization.
  • High proficiency with tools such as SAP, Concur, and other associated administrative or expense systems.
  • Knowledge of Disney policies, procedures, compliance, and regulations related to travel and expenses.
Education:
  • Required: High school diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business Administration or Communications.
The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $75,700.00 to $101,400.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
