Full Time - Lead Recovery Case Manager
Lead Recovery Case Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to Recovery Case
Management (RCM) team. The position creates an opportunity to be unified with the RCM's
while demonstrating exemplary case management conduct. It offers to bridge the gap between
executive staff and case management, allowing for improved understanding and effectiveness
for the department as a whole.
Responsibilities:
  • Carry a caseload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written, electronic, and oral form
  • Ability to make sound decisions and/or find alternative solutions
  • Set a positive example for case management team and demonstrate leadership
  • Client coverage and crisis management
  • Excellent and timely Family and Referral communication
  • Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist RCM's in RCM/Buddy assignments
  • Assist RCM's in creation and management of weekly schedule
  • Client intervention for behavioral issues including ASA and non-compliance
  • Participate in aftercare meetings
  • Assign inbound cases on assigned days
  • Running point for the onsite team on weekend day
  • Weather report on team to RCM's
  • Training, educating, and assisting RCM's
  • Excellent charting skills and compliance with timeframe policies in EMR
  • Utilizes independent judgment and decision making on a daily basis
  • Uphold the integrity of the culture of GMTC
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years; training or related field.
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edit
  • work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or
  • negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extensive experience with substance use treatment
  • Proven record of customer service skills
  • Strategic thinker with effective planning skills
  • Exhibits a supportive and collaborative leadership style
  • Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, making sound decisions, completing tasks in a
