About the Role:The Disaster Recovery Program Manager will work with a cross functional team to help design and develop the Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Program. They will be involved in all areas from creation and design to implementation and measurement, including training and monitoring.What’s in it for you:* Competitive base salary + performance bonuses* Advancement opportunities with aggressive and structured career paths* A culture of continuous education and technical training with reimbursements available* Hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely 40 hours per month* Comprehensive benefits package* Health, dental and vision coverage* 401(k) with company match* Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more* Certified Great Place to Work and voted a 2019-2026 Computerworld Best Places to Work in ITWhat you’ll be doing:* Responsible for the ownership, management, oversight and continuous improvement and maturity of the Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Program, including working with IT teams and key business continuity stakeholders to ensure critical recovery strategies are designed, tested and implemented* Own and maintain the enterprise Business Continuity Plan (BCP), reviewing and updating it at least annually with leadership review and signoff* Effectively collaborate with senior business unit management in the definition, prioritization and support of key business recovery requirements and objectives* Translate business operations recovery requirements into action-oriented plans, programs, data center infrastructures and recovery testing strategies* Work cross-functionally with senior leadership and teams across entities to define and implement business impact assessments, coordinate and lead business continuity and disaster recovery tabletop exercises, identify and prioritize remediation efforts and track completion* Plan, schedule and facilitate regular tabletop exercises and simulations to validate recovery procedures and ensure organizational readiness* Partner with entity and functional leads to implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and metrics to ensure the security and integrity of company technology and data while identifying program improvements* Own remediation items identified in exercises and assessments, collaborating with partner teams to design new processes and policies that close gaps* Track any incoming roadmap and emergent events requiring changes to support levels through regular collaboration with various teams and product leadership* Establish training with business and IT functional teams to test operational resilience of programs* Outline and manage a distribution strategy to ensure the continuity and recovery action plans are correctly secured, distributed and available under all disaster scenarios* Deliver 24/7 on-call support for any emergency that may necessitate the activation of all or part of the organization's continuity and recovery action strategies* Define, prioritize and ensure proper documentation of sequencing, testing and validation of recovery plans* Ensure BCP/DR framework remains modern and applicable to the organization’s everchanging company operations and risk profiles* Provide continuous improvement, leadership and support to drive KPIs for resiliency and restorationWhat you need:* Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience* High level of expertise in developing and managing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans required, including Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Response Time Objective (RTO)* Familiarity with Business Continuity Management (BCM) platforms including Everbridge BCIC to support continuity planning, mass notifications and coordinated incident response* Experience working in hybrid cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure alongside on-premises infrastructure* A strong understanding of how the full technology stack fits together—from infrastructure to databases to applications—to identify potential gaps in DR planning* Working knowledge of backup and recovery technologies such as Zerto and Cohesity* Expanded technical knowledge of transaction-based systems, supporting open systems and infrastructure* Expanded knowledge of ITIL principles and structure for Incident, Problem and Change Management* Practical experience supporting customer technology requirements* Capable of functioning simultaneously in project management, technical consulting and business consulting roles while applying strong judgement, prioritizing and managing expectations with various parties and interests* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical and complex topics to leaders at all levels, often in highly urgent situations* Ability to lead technical teams by addressing chronic issues affecting customersWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
