About Solero Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services, including assessment, service planning, and ongoing support
  • Utilize peer support principles to engage and motivate clients in recovery
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, employment, and healthcare
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines
