We are seeking a manager to oversee Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) security, and physical security programs across the enterprise. This role is responsible for the support of protecting critical infrastructure, manufacturing environments, and sensitive operations from cyber, physical, and operational threats, and will partner with the following functions: IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Security teams. Responsibilities and Duties:

OT / ICS / SCADA Security

         Support a comprehensive OT/ICS cybersecurity strategy         Secure manufacturing and industrial environments, including PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and SCADA systems         Support and maintain network segmentation between IT and OT environments         Implement monitoring solutions for OT environments (e.g., passive network monitoring, anomaly detection)         Support vulnerability management and patching strategies for OT systems         Ensure resilience and availability of critical production systems         Maintain hardware and software portfolio for critical manufacturing systems         Ensure consistent policies across IT systems, OT environments, physical facilities         Support trust but verify principles across cyber-physical environments

Physical Security

         Support enterprise physical security strategy, including facility access controls (badging systems, biometrics), surveillance systems (CCTV, video analytics, cameras), perimeter security and intrusion detection         Ensure protection of manufacturing sites including warehouses and distribution centers, corporate offices and data centers         Manage incident response for physical security events         Partner with local law enforcement and emergency services         Manage Converged Security Integration         Align physical and cyber security controls to reduce gaps         Integrate access control systems with identity management platforms

Risk, Compliance & Standards

         Support OT and physical security programs with frameworks such as NIST SP 800-82 (ICS Security), NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443         Support regulatory and customer requirements, including critical infrastructure protections, Industry-specific compliance (manufacturing, defense, etc.)         Conduct risk assessments and maintain mitigation plans for operational environments such as incident response times          Develop and support response plans for OT cyber incidents, physical security breaches, and insider threats         Coordinate cross-functional response across IT, operations, and business units         Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical infrastructure         Utilize cross functional collaboration to include tabletop exercises and simulations. Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or related field), Criminal Justice, Physical Security Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years in cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or physical security
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs), network segmentation and OT security architecture
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems (access control, surveillance), Incident response and crisis management
  • Experience working in the critical infrastructure protection of manufacturing or industrial environments; law enforcement, defense or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, GICSP or CPP
  • Preferred familiarity with NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443
