Job description

Position: Production Worker
Location: Edinburgh
Pay Rate: $23.58 - $30.06/hour (based on experience)

Shift Options

8-Hour Shifts (Monday - Friday)

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (+$0.10 shift differential)

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (+$1.50 shift differential)

  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential)

12-Hour Rotating Shifts

  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (+$0.45 shift differential)

  • 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (+$1.25 shift differential)

  • Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next, working every other weekend

Candidates must be willing to work overtime.

Sign-on bonus of $2,000 available if hired from May 2026 til the end of the year.

Summary Description

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. This role plays an important part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of thermoformed and flexible packaging products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete manufacturing tasks

  • Operate production machinery and equipment

  • Retrieve and pack product into boxes

  • Make basic process adjustments to maintain product quality

  • Monitor and report product quality according to company standards

  • Use troubleshooting and critical thinking when setting up new jobs

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Support other departments as needed

  • You have previous manufacturing experience and/or formal training

  • You can properly read a tape measure

  • You can read and understand work instructions

  • You can perform basic math and take accurate measurements

  • You have strong attendance and punctuality

  • You want to grow and advance within a manufacturing environment

  • You have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience (required)
