Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a complex program consisting of parallel workstreams. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering the program on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will act as the central point of governance, communication, and execution oversight.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Program Leadership & Governance
• Own end-to-end delivery of the program spanning parallel workstreams
• Define and implement program governance structure, cadence, and reporting
• Establish program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomes
 
Workstream Coordination
• Coordinate across parallel workstream leads to ensure integrated execution
• Manage interdependencies, sequencing, and resource conflicts
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and decision-making
• Track progress and ensure consistency in delivery standards
 
Planning & Execution
• Develop and maintain integrated program plan and timeline
• Monitor execution against milestones and KPIs
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards
• Drive issue resolution and remove blockers
 
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log
• Escalate critical issues to stakeholders with mitigation strategies
 
Stakeholder Management
• Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly
• Provide transparent status reporting and executive updates
• Align business and technical teams on priorities and outcomes
 
Financial & Resource Management
• Manage program budget and track financial performance
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources across workstreams
• Forecast resource needs and adjust as required
 
Communication & Reporting
• Create executive dashboards and status reports
• Run program steering committee meetings
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels
 
Required Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of experience in program/project management
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams (5+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of program governance and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (business + technology)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity
 
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs (e.g., cloud, digital, ERP)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
