Responsibilities
Education Administration & Residency Program Management
Leads and manages all administrative aspects of the residency program and medical student education, including recruitment, scheduling, didactics, rotations, alumni records, and verification of training.
Oversees residency recruitment, applications, interviews, ranking, and Match execution in alignment with NRMP guidelines.
Coordinates clinical rotation and didactic schedules, grand rounds, CME activities, and visiting learners.
Serves as a liaison among residents, faculty, institutional offices, and external partners to resolve administrative and program-related issues.
Supports program directors in continuous program improvement, accreditation reviews, and reporting.
Project Management & Departmental Operations
Leads and supports cross-functional projects for the Chair, Executive Director, and departmental leadership (e.g., annual reports, faculty recruitment, program launches), applying structured project management and compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates planning and execution of strategic and operational initiatives with departmental leadership.
Manages provider scheduling systems (e.g., QGenda) and coordinates call coverage, reporting, and departmental website updates. Work with appropriate providers to ensure coverage schedules are up to date and communicated to all stakeholders.
Facilitates marketing, communications, and program visibility; supports data collection, reporting, and performance analysis.
Guides day-to-day operations of accredited and non-accredited residency and fellowship training programs and ensures compliance with organizations such as the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Residency Review Committees (RRC).
Manages requirements of the training program, including accreditation, duty schedules, evaluation process, resident/fellowship recruitment, Match process, orientation and employees relations.
Reports and ensures compliance with procedures regarding licensing, moonlighting, annual contracts, and initial and re-credentialing of trainees.
Performs other related work as needed.

Experience ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes for trainees.
Experience administering Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs and utilizing relevant databases (i.e., ACGME WebADS, MedHub, ERAS/Thalamus, etc.).
Experience with QGenda or similar provider scheduling platforms.
Experience supporting or preparing for ACGME site visits or accreditation reviews.
Demonstrated knowledge of the NRMP Match process, including rank list management and post-Match procedures.
