ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the friendly voice our clients hear after they enroll in a Medicare plan with us. Your job is to make sure they understand their plan, get set up to actually use their benefits, and get connected with our partner pharmacy for their prescription benefits. No cold calling. Every person you talk to is already our client.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call newly enrolled clients to welcome them and check in on how things are going with their plan
- Walk clients through their plan benefits and help them get each one set up
- Warm-transfer clients to our partner pharmacy to set up their pharmacy benefits
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and follow up until the client is satisfied
- Document every call and outcome in our system
- Flag clients who need an agent's help or are unhappy so we can step in early
- Have the opportunity to sell Medicare plans as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patient, warm, and clear on the phone. You'll be talking with seniors all day
- Comfortable with basic computer work and learning new software
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus, not required
- No insurance license required to start. We'll train you on Medicare plans and benefits
- Must pass a background check
PAY AND BENEFITS
- $22.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus opportunities on top of your hourly pay, with total earnings of $50K to $80K a year
