What is a disability inclusion manager?

Disability Inclusion Managers are professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and programs that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities within organizations. They work to ensure equal access, opportunities, and accommodations for employees or clients with disabilities.
