Qualifications of an ideal Life Engagement Director:

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License in the State of Residency
  • Combination of education and/or experience working with Seniors
  • 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Activities/Life Engagement Director

Life Engagement Director Job Summary:

Life Engagement Director is responsible for implementing programs to promote all areas of wellness including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

  • Plan, promote implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities in all levels of care.
  • Supervise, schedule and evaluate Activity Assistants during scheduled events
  • Develop, post and maintain a monthly schedule and newsletter in a timely manner to residents
  • Ensure timely, safe, secure, and dependable transportation services for residents
