We are seeking a passionate, experienced, Program Director in Corrections. As an Alvis Program Director, you will supervise and coordinate activities of the facility. This position will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure programming and operational efficiency, safety and security, and compliance with corrections/community corrections best practices. Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences or other related fields.
Experience:
Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
