Job Summary

The DADMS Analyst / Management Analyst II manages software and hardware registration within the DoD Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and performs analytic support for IT asset management activities.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Validate, process, and track DADMS submissions for software/hardware.
     
  • Analyze inventory data to ensure compliance with DoD IT portfolio management requirements.
     
  • Prepare reports, data summaries, and compliance documentation.
     
  • Coordinate with program offices, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel.
     
  • Support lifecycle management and configuration control processes.
     
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation.
     

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.  
  • 3+ years of DoD IT inventory or compliance experience.  
  • Familiarity with IT asset management databases or configuration systems.  
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with eMASS or DITPR.  
  • Background in data analytics.  
Clearance Requirements
  • Secret clearance.  
Certifications
  • None required; ITIL preferred.
