Role Overview

As the Director/Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our industrial sales team. You will be responsible for managing the sales processes, creating budgets, developing sales plans, and conducting joint calls with the sales team to foster growth and achieve targets. Additionally, you would have responsibility for operations in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate existing markets and explore new opportunities within the industrial sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the industrial sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
  • Budget Creation: Collaborate with senior management to create annual sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
  • Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on industrial products such as valves, instrumentation, filtration, and specialty pipe.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Manage and exceed P & L goals from sales, profit margins, territory development and customer development.
