  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, OSHA standards, and all applicable employment and safety regulations.
  • Respond quickly to guest concerns, client requests, staffing shortages, and operational emergencies.
  • Support property transitions, special projects, deep-cleaning initiatives, and high-occupancy periods as needed.
  • Travel regularly between both Orlando properties and remain visible and engaged with both teams.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare environment.
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple properties or a large, high-volume housekeeping operation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of timeshare turnover operations and unit-based housekeeping.
  • Proven ability to lead large and diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience with staffing, scheduling, labor management, productivity, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client relationship and guest-service skills.
  • Experience with employee training, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Working knowledge of housekeeping systems, payroll systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between both properties.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and varying schedules based on operational needs.
