Company:

Family owned construction firm established for 15 years.

Specializing in exterior renovations, Roofing, Siding, Gutter & Downspouts.

Retail and storm damaged sales to residential and commercial properties through out Michigan.

Position:

Roofing Sales.

Lead Generation: Providing door-to-door sales, tracking storm damage with company provided hail & wind software and running company-provided leads.

On-Site Inspections: Assessing roof damage, taking basic measurements, photos and documenting issues.

Consultative Sales: Educating owners on material types like asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and financing options.

Insurance Navigation: Assisting homeowners with insurance claims following severe weather.

CRM Tracking: Documenting client communications and project requirements via specialized roofing software platforms.

Qualifications:

Basic construction knowledge of exterior finishes.

Sales, canvassing, exterior property inspections.

Basic computer skills for property documentation, photos, leads and client communication.

Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.

Able to climb a ladder, perform roof, siding, gutter & downspout inspections.

Travel and stay over night when required.

Attend weekly meetings, in office or remotely.

Valid drivers license, Reliable transportation car or truck required.

Company responsibilities:

Training as needed.

Per diem when overnight travel is required.

Provide all required software to work remotely and office support.

Yard signs, Business cards, Door knockers, Advertising.

Ladders, required inspection tools.

Satellite measurement's, Contracts, Ordering material's, Scheduling the job, Construction management during the install, Collecting deposits and final payments.

Compensation:

Commission is based on the total sale amount.

Commission percentage is based on your experience and is scalable depending sales.

1st year average commission for a person that we train is 90K to 150K depending personal work ethic.
