Location: St. Louis, MO (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $23–$24/hour

We’re seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a senior academic leader within a respected higher education environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing high-level communications, and maintaining a well-structured executive schedule.

• Manage and maintain an extremely detailed and dynamic executive calendar
• Coordinate and attend meetings, providing direct onsite support
• Prepare reports, documentation, and professional correspondence
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate travel, reservations, and meeting logistics
• Draft and distribute communications to diverse audiences
• Prioritize competing requests while ensuring leadership stays on track

• 5+ years of recent Executive Assistant experience (required)
  • Candidates with only 1 year of experience will not be considered
• Expertise in calendar management and executive-level support
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar + Sheets required)
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional presence and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

• 100% onsite role – no remote flexibility

This is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
