Vice President Teksystems Jobs (NOW HIRING)

📍 Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support sr leadership within a fast-paced, highly matrixed eCommerce Sales organization. This role functions as a centralized operations partner, enabling leaders and cross-functional teams to operate efficiently through strong coordination, communication, and execution. This position will support multiple sr stakeholders VP and Sr. Director level.

• Manage complex, high-volume calendars for 4+ sr leaders (VP/Sr. Director level)
• Prioritize and optimize scheduling based on business needs and strategic priorities
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve constraints
• Prepare leaders for upcoming meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities

• Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, team ceremonies, and ad hoc sessions
• Drive meeting readiness (agendas, materials, attendees)
• Capture and track key decisions, action items, and follow-ups
• Serve as a central coordination point across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Sales teams

• Coordinate full-cycle travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries)
• Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of expenses

• Maintain organization across leadership priorities, documentation, and communications
• Assist with presentations, reporting, and internal communications
• Help streamline processes and improve team operating rhythm
• Identify and implement efficiencies across workflows and coordination processes

• 6+ years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, or project coordination
• Proven experience supporting multiple sr stakeholders in a corporate, matrixed environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
• Experience with budget tracking and expense management
• Experience supporting VP-level or higher executives
• Experience in technology, digital, or marketing organizations
• Strong experience with calendar optimization and cross-functional coordination at scale
• Exposure to project coordination or operational workflows

This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
