• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and formulate personalized treatment plans targeting their specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Provide necessary education and resources to clients’ families, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Your role will primarily focus on working with a diverse client base encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to assess and treat clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, enhancing your adaptability and therapeutic skill set.

• A current and valid license to practice as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent doctoral level credential.
• Minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated competency in mental health counseling, with specialized training in evidence-based practices for a range of mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and motivate clients to engage in their recovery journeys.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in roles involving diverse populations and clinical interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools that enhance client interaction and engagement.
• Training in trauma-informed care, ensuring a sensitive approach to clients who have experienced adverse life events.

• Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
