This role is responsible for building relationships with senior decision-makers, developing insight-driven proposals, and selling innovative digital, in-store, and omni-channel marketing solutions that deliver measurable results. The Account Director will play a key role in new business development, account expansion, and maintaining strong client partnerships across the CPG landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution development, proposal delivery, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level CPG decision-makers to understand business objectives and design strategies that drive measurable ROI.
  • Develop client-centric campaigns leveraging digital, shopper, and in-store marketing capabilities.
  • Engage internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Leadership) to uncover opportunities and elevate proposals.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that leverage data, insights, and financial models to influence client decision-making.
  • Maintain a disciplined cadence of pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth against sales targets.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong experience with digital media, shopper marketing, or omni-channel solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Highly analytical, with experience leveraging syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive selling stories.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business development skills, resilience, and a passion for creating client value. They bring a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with the ability to independently drive results while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
