Store Leader – Gas Station

Eau Claire, WI


We are actively seeking an experienced Store Leader to direct our high-volume gas station operations. We need strategic, career-driven management professionals to guide our gas station team through this period of unprecedented growth. If you have a proven track record in restaurant management and want a clear path to multi-unit leadership, we have the infrastructure and operational support to get you there, Eau Claire, WI.


Core Responsibilities


  • Financial Management: Oversee complete P&L accountability, managing food cost, labor matrices, and operating expenses to meet and exceed strict financial targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Direct both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing management and hourly team. You will implement our standardized training programs to reduce turnover and build a pipeline of future leaders.
