Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work cohesively with management teams at the Dealership-level to ensure proper process as it pertains to customer and sales lead follow-up
• Collaborate with the Corporate Operations and Store Management teams to meet company standards around lead handling, closing percentages, systems admin, process recommendations; identify root-cause problems and create realistic action plans, etc.
• Responsible for management-accountability and continual improvement on metrics at the store level:- customer contact, appointment setting, appointments confirmed, appointments sold and customer follow-up.
• Support store level employees with training on lead generation and conversations
• Monitor CRM utilization and provide key metric updates to serve as success benchmarks
• In an effort to improve overall dealership performance and group metrics, provide weekly and ongoing in-store support and resources for locations that are not meeting minimum expectations.
• Drive culture of customer service to achieve customer retention

What You Offer:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proven track record of success on the Variable side of Dealership Operations - including Sales Management and F&I
• Experience in development and leadership of a team
