TheManager of Digital Analystsoversees the Digital Analyst team to ensure the delivery of a broad range of modern technology solutions for key stakeholders across the company, while developing and implementing best practices, and creating strategies for improving the development process. The main responsibilities of theManager of Digital Analystsinclude managing and coaching the Digital Analyst team members, acting as Tech Lead on medium to large technical, systems, or business improvement projects, planning and executing on strategic technological directions, and working with Business Partners to understand and deliver solutions for the needs of the business. This role is also responsible for setting and delivering Strategic Technology initiatives. Attention to detail, organization, communication, leadership, and strategy are key skills for this role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor'sdegree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience: 4+years of experience in application development.2+ years in leadership or managerial role

Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enable platforms and technologies to drive customer outcomes supporting sustainability, resiliency, and strong financial and operational performance
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers; set goals, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Apply strong communication skills to effectively engage team members and stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership across modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and ensure adherence to coding standards through reviews and best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Partner with Architecture and Infrastructure on cloud planning and development; support applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Drive CI/CD and test automation practices to improve delivery and reliability
  • Guide development using modern architectures (REST APIs, microservices) and frameworks (e.g., React, Blazor), including mobile considerations as needed
  • Apply networking fundamentals to support application design and troubleshooting
  • Promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Analysts to monitor application KPIs and enhance user experience
  • Manage risks, contractor relationships, and competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and act as a trusted partner to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
