Profil recherché
• Détenir minimum 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de magasin, en gestion de département ou en gestion dans le commerce de détail
• Expérience reconnue dans la gestion d’équipe (notions en recrutement, coaching et développement d'équipes est un fort atout)
• Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis. Un niveau d'anglais avancé est nécessaire afin de communiquer régulièrement avec des clients et partenaires anglophones. Les échanges en anglais représentent environ 50 % des communication.

Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in store management, department management or retail management
• Proven experience leading teams (knowledge of recruitment, coaching and team development is considered a strong asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required. An advanced level of English is necessary to communicate regularly with anglophone clients and business partners. Approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English.
