Prime Retail Services is a nationwide retail construction General Contractor helping brands bring their spaces to life with precision and professionalism. Since 2003, we've delivered retail construction solutions for Fortune 500 companies and growing brands across the United States and Canada.
Superintendents supervise all Subcontractors, Consultants, Vendors, and Assistant Superintendents on a daily basis. This supervision ensures adequate manpower is available for each task and work is performed in compliance. This position is responsible for monitoring project security personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Knowledge of the retail construction industry, including reading & interpreting blueprints.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Travel up to 95% of the time and often be on overnight shift, due to occupied Retail clients.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Own and have experience using hand and power tools
• Work effectively on a team, successfully manage a team of up to 5
• Candidate must be able to manage an on-site project from kick-off to close-out while managing and directing other 5 trades
• Able to work overnight as needed
