What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.
  • Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of largeโ€‘scale projects.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Work closely with crossโ€‘functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDevโ€™s solutions with business objectives.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
  • Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
  • Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
  • Must be located in the US.
