In this role, the Marketing Director will be responsible for establishing and executing the roadmap for STRIDE’s engagement efforts from targeting, segmentation, communication, and measurement. The ideal candidate has experience and proven success creating both corporate and local store marketing plans within a franchise organization and is adept at building out campaigns and programs across a variety of audience segments and marketing channels which recognize and support the customer journey through the application of revenue-generating activities.

The Marketing Director will partner closely with our internal sales team, franchise owners and studio general managers, digital marketing and public relations agencies, other marketing team members and key stakeholders. This is both a leadership and support role, and the best candidate will bring a strong desire to make this role their own while mastering existing marketing and operational support systems and operating procedures. Must possess the ability to balance day-to-day, hands-on actions that drive short- and long-term results, use data to inform decision making, and be able to identify marketing needs and solutions at both the corporate and local store level. The Marketing Director is responsible for management of studio support marketing team members.

Essential Functions Include:

·Develop and support consumer marketing plans including campaign management, execution, reporting, and analytics, across all marketing channels for both corporate and local store marketing initiatives.

·Manage and evolve the current digital marketing programming to support both national brand and local store marketing initiatives across earned, owned, and paid media platforms.

·Direct and manage key customer journeys including conversion to introductory offer, member, retention, and reactivation initiatives from ideation through creative development and execution.

·Develop segmentation and lead campaign management with a thorough understanding of the customer, while providing strategic recommendations and tactical plans to further engage consumers based upon data findings.

·Perform analysis of data relative to areas of responsibility to adjust and improve performance as needed, including through the application of technology and creative assets to ensure goals are met.

·Seek and leverage consumer and membership insights.

·Management of internal and external research projects.

·Manage and support consumer rewards programming.

·Marketing and platform management including social media, email, paid digital, website, mobile app, asset management, affiliate sites, etc.

·Provide comprehensive franchisee training and ongoing support to meet all local store marketing needs.

·Partner with other team members, departments, and franchisees to develop user-dynamic strategies through our website, app, and in-studio experience.

·Manage or assist multiple assignments or projects of varying complexity within the department to meet the needs of a fast-paced, ever-changing marketing environment in a competitive industry.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

·Bachelor’s Degree, marketing preferred

·6+ years of experience in consumer/membership marketing; franchise marketing experience required

·CRM, analytics, and loyalty-program management including points-based program experience preferred

·Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with developing, tracking, reporting, and monitoring KPIs.

·Data-driven decision maker who exhibits a good balance of analytics and creativity; understands the power of strong creative and can partner with our Creative Lead to develop motivating and effective consumer marketing.

·Marketing and budget planning, content management, social media management (Business Manager/Facebook Connector; paid and organic)

·Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing across all channels; proven success in omnichannel marketing

·Exceptional presentation skills

·Customer-centric, results-oriented focus and strong business acumen

·Strong solutions-focused, problem-solving ability

·Ability to handle complexity and work effectively with minimal direction
