What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead Westcliffโ€™s digital marketing and lead-generation strategy across programs and campuses.
  • Oversee SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing investments translate into enrollment growth.
  • Support a data-driven culture within the marketing team and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Contribute to shaping the digital marketing framework that will scale Westcliffโ€™s growth.
  • Ensure compliance with higher education marketing regulations and brand standards.
  • Leverage PowerBI, GA4, GSC, and other platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with emphasis on AI-driven optimization and automation.
  • Proactively identify and test new growth opportunities in digital channels and tools.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and enrollment growth in higher education.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, and digital analytics.
