Job Title: Bilingual Marketing Intern

Type: Internship (Full/Part-time)

Locations:  Santa Ana, CA | Pasadena, CA | Dallax, TX

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is a leading, full-service immigration law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Ana, and Dallas, as well as international operations. We are dedicated exclusively to immigration law - helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal challenges with skill, compassion, and integrity.

We are proud to be recognized as a 2025 Inc. Best Workplaces honoree, a distinction that reflects our intentional investment in our people and workplace culture. We are committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed. Our firm prioritizes professional development, clear career pathways, and a culture of accountability and respect - creating a workplace where high performers can build meaningful, long-term careers.

We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Interns to join our team. This opportunity is designed for individuals currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects. Ideal candidates are passionate about digital marketing, branding, and content creation, and are excited to grow their skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Why Join Us?

Make a Meaningful Contribution:

As a Marketing Intern, you will play an important role in supporting our team's outreach and brand development efforts. You will contribute to content creation, social media initiatives, and marketing campaigns that help connect with and educate our audience. Your work-whether developing engaging content, assisting with campaign strategies, or analyzing marketing performance-will directly impact how we communicate our services and reach individuals in need of guidance.

Build Practical Skills in Legal Marketing:

This internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application within a legal services environment. You will gain hands-on experience in legal marketing, including content development for immigration topics, digital outreach strategies, and client-focused communication. Through your work, you will learn how to effectively translate complex legal information into clear, engaging content and support initiatives that enhance client engagement and brand visibility. These skills will prepare you for a successful career at the intersection of law and marketing.

Supportive and Collaborative Environment:

You'll be part of a diverse, multicultural team that values respect, collaboration, and innovation. With training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance from experienced attorneys, you will find an environment where your contributions are recognized and your passion for legal marketing is nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging content, including social media posts, short-form videos, website updates, and email campaigns, with a focus on legal and immigration-related topics.
  • Social Media Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging.
  • Legal Marketing Research: Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and immigration-related topics to support content strategy and campaign development.
  • Content Review & Quality Assurance: Review and proofread bilingual (English and Chinese/Spanish) content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, particularly when translating or simplifying legal information.
  • Client Engagement Support: Monitor and respond to messages and comments across digital platforms, maintaining a professional and client-focused tone under team guidance.
  • Campaign & Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and tracking marketing initiatives, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and project management boards.
  • Video & Media Assistance: Support filming, editing, and production of video content, including setting up equipment and preparing materials for distribution across platforms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with organizing marketing assets, maintaining content libraries, and supporting general marketing operations as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure content aligns with firm messaging, compliance considerations, and client needs.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese/Spanish (preferred); strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Interest in U.S. immigration law and enthusiasm for working in a legal services environment.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or client-related information.
  • Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or professional services environments is preferred but not required.

Working Arrangement

  • Time Commitment: A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required.
  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling is available, but interns are expected to maintain consistent weekly hours to ensure meaningful participation and learning.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal marketing within the field of U.S. immigration law while collaborating with a dedicated and dynamic team. You will strengthen your skills in content creation, digital strategy, and client-focused communication, while developing a strong understanding of how marketing supports legal services.

If you are passionate about storytelling, interested in the intersection of law and marketing, and eager to contribute to meaningful work that supports immigrant communities, we encourage you to apply and grow
