Job description

Job Title: SRE Consultant

Location:  Dallas TX 75202

Mode : Contract (6+ Months)  - Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage overall technical architecture for account

Collaborate with all teams to identify reliability risks and improve system architecture

Contribute to automation of operations, including CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and infrastructure provisioning

Support and enhance observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) across production systems

Proactively monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).

Participate in evaluating services for production readiness

Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical services

Contribute to post-incident analysis and drive reliability improvements

Partner with security, infrastructure, and other teams to support performance, compliance, and operational excellence 

Help maintain SLAs for all services

Must-Haves

Some experience with multiple on-prem platforms and technologies (Linux, Windows, Backup, Storage, Database, Middleware, Networking, or Security)

Willingness to work onsite and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed

 8+ years of experience managing and supporting high-traffic digital platforms

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Solid scripting skills 

Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Etc

Experience supporting large scale engagements

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform

Preferred Qualifications

Cross skilled in multiple infrastructure domains – Compute, Storage, Networks, DWP (End User Computing)

Experience in direct customer facing role

Certifications in SRE, DevOps, or Performance Engineering are a plus
