o An Exceptional developer / Performance Tester with 2+ years' experience in Java and 10+ years' experience in Performance Testing.

o 2 years plus Agile Experience - Preferred

o Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to make presentation to the leadership team. - This a core need for the team

o Capable of promoting an idea, being able to sell his/her concepts or getting team buy in

o Capable of Collaborating with the team members

o Engineering background Using - HP-Diagnostics, Jprobe, SPLUNK, DYNATRACE etc. (3 years' experience)

o JMeter Experience - 3 years- preferred

o Performance Center Experience - 3 years using protocols - Web, Winsock, Java Vuser

o Performance Tested technologies - Web, JMS, Thick Clients

o LoadRunner Experience - 5-10 years

o Maximum number of LoadRunner / Performance Center Protocol usage Experience preferred

o Passion to deliver high quality work

o Splunk and DynaTrace Experience

o Being able to quickly understand technical and business requirements and translating them into Performance Test Suites.

o Experience in Mocking /Stubbing of code, using Lisa/CA Dev Test

Responsibilities

Gather Performance requirement and document them

o Create Visio's diagrams and PowerPoint to present at peer and leadership level

o Create scripts using HP-LoadRunner / Performance Center - HTTP/HTML, Java Vuser, Citrix, Winsock, etc. protocols

o Configure monitoring for performance Testing, using Sitescope, Visual VM, SPLUNK, DynaTrace and other tools

o Execute the Performance Test in collaboration with developers, DBA's, Middleware Admins etc.
