Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Business Development Manager to help expand our pediatric Medicaid programs and strengthen referral partnerships across the community.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for a business development professional with hands-on experience in pediatric services, strong knowledge of Medicaid Code 95, and an established network within the OPWDD and pediatric referral landscape. The right candidate will play a key role in driving growth, building trusted partnerships, and helping ensure children and families gain access to the services they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts for pediatric services, with a focus on Medicaid Code 95
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with referral sources, community partners, and OPWDD-affiliated organizations
  • Identify opportunities to expand referral volume and support program growth
  • Conduct regular in-person outreach and local market engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical and operational teams to support successful onboarding and continuity of services
  • Serve as a visible and trusted representative of Royal Care in the community
  • Contribute to strategy development by tracking referral patterns, market opportunities, and partnership activity

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, provider relations, or marketing within pediatric healthcare, home care, or related healthcare services
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid Code 95 and the pediatric Medicaid environment
  • Established referral relationships within the OPWDD / Code 95 space strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
