We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations and promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment where quality care and employee engagement are top priorities.What You'll DoAs the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting the daily operations of the nursing department.
