Lead one of New England's projected busiest Chick-fil-A restaurants at Patriot Place!We're looking for a driven, people-first Director of Operations to inspire teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and keep operations running flawlessly - even on event days at Gillette Stadium. About Us

Chick-fil-A at Patriot Place is projected to be a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving thousands of guests daily near Gillette Stadium. We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused leader to oversee all aspects of operations and drive excellence in every area, while "winning hearts every day" and having a positive impact on all who come in come contact with Chick-fil-A.

What You'll Do

Lead daily operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, drive-thru, catering, and mobile ordering.

Ensure operational excellence during peak times and event days at Patriot Place.

Recruit, train, and develop leaders and team members.

Champion Chick-fil-A's "Second Mile Service" to deliver best-in-class hospitality.

Manage labor planning, food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of leadership with Chick-fil-A (high-volume preferred).

Proven success leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication, organization, and servant leadership skills.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days.

Travel to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta may be required for training.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.

5+ years Chick-fil-A leadership experience.

Experience managing a high-sales volume environment.
