This individual must be a strategic and hands on leader capable of balancing production goals, quality requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

  • Lead all day to day manufacturing operations across casting and machining departments
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace and customer quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
  • Oversee production planning, operational budgets, labor utilization, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Manage and mentor operations managers, supervisors, and production leadership teams
  • Maintain safe manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations
  • Partner with supply chain teams and suppliers to ensure raw material availability and inventory optimization
  • Support customer satisfaction through on time delivery, quality assurance, and operational responsiveness
  • Review engineering drawings and blueprints to support production accuracy and manufacturing execution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational performance with company growth objectives

Requirements of the Director of Operations:
