The Director of Finance is responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of the business while partnering closely with operations to improve performance across the company.
This role will work directly with the President and executive leadership team to provide financial insight, strengthen forecasting and budgeting processes, and support disciplined growth.
This position combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution, including direct involvement in reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial systems.

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Continue developing NetSuite reporting and financial analytics capabilities
  • Strengthen financial processes and controls as the company scales

Strategic & Growth Initiatives
  • Support the President on growth initiatives and acquisition analysis

  • Are strong in financial modeling, analysis, and business partnership
  • Have experience building budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes
  • Are comfortable working hands-on in a growing organization
  • Can translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Have strong communication skills and credibility with operational leaders
  • Take initiative and ownership in solving problems and improving systems

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in value-added distribution, industrial distribution, or manufacturing
  • Exposure to NetSuite or ERP-based financial reporting
  • Experience supporting M&A analysis or integrations
  • CPA or MBA

Why Depatie

  • Direct partnership with the President and executive leadership team
  • Ability to drive real operational and financial impact across the company
  • Backed by Kanbrick, providing strategic support and long-term investment
