Job description

St. Mary Catholic Central High School and Monroe Catholic Elementary Schools, both faith-centered Catholic schools committed to academic excellence and the dignity of every learner, are seeking a Director of Inclusion. This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the educational programs of the St. Andre Bessette Open Doors Inclusion program that support students with diverse learning needs while fostering a culture of inclusion grounded in Catholic values.
The Director will work collaboratively with faculty, families, and support staff to ensure all students are welcomed, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential-academically, socially, and spiritually.
