The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to join our DEI department. The Director of DEI champions connection, promotes inclusion, and drives initiatives that strengthen belonging across the organization. This position will design and implement initiatives responsible for incorporating inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into relevant programs and organizational initiatives. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations.The ideal candidate will have a deep applied knowledge of inclusion and belonging principles, inclusive culture strategies, and initiatives that drive engagement outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead high‑impact initiatives with clarity, focus, and alignment to strategy. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, program and event design, execution, and evaluation, including the use of metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal customers.
