About the Role:

The Senior Director of Operations in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of healthcare facilities or organizations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction across multiple departments or locations. The Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders, and implement best practices to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals. They will also analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in multi-site healthcare organizations or large health systems.
  • Certification in healthcare management or quality improvement (e.g., FACHE, CPHQ).
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT infrastructure.
  • Experience leading organizational change and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
