Role Summary

This position owns the top of the franchise development funnel, with a primary focus on generating high-quality, broker-sourced candidate flow. The Director will lead broker relationships, campaign strategy, and lead generation execution across multiple channels, while building systems and processes that drive consistent, scalable performance.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends relationship management, marketing execution, and performance analytics to fuel franchise growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale broker-sourced lead generation across national networks and independent consultants
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing brokers while expanding engagement with emerging partners
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, events, and webinars to drive awareness and pipeline growth
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital, direct mail, webinars, events)
  • Manage and optimize territory check workflows, response processes, and candidate follow-up
  • Drive improvements in lead conversion through speed-to-lead, messaging, and experience optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally on resale strategy and experienced buyer targeting
  • Translate field insights into compelling, operator-focused messaging and positioning
  • Manage external vendors and internal support resources to deliver campaigns efficiently
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing visibility into pipeline health and trends
  • Own lead generation budget and ensure strong return on marketing and vendor investments
