Your day to day as a Director of Strategic Marketing

Partnering closely with the Director of Casino Marketing, you will oversee the Database Marketing, Advertising, Creative, and Community Outreach functions. Your strategic vision will shape comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels, ensuring maximum ROI and customer interaction. Additionally, you will bolster brand presence in the community through impactful outreach and partnerships, ensuring alignment with our core values.

  • Advanced expertise in CRM and database marketing leveraging segmentation, predictive modeling, and reinvestment optimization to drive profitable player growth; strong analytical fluency with marketing performance dashboards, reinvestment ratios, ROI metrics, and control group testing methodologies.
  • Prior casino marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and business intelligence/reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
