  • Analyze business metrics to identify trends, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Financial Aid, Campus Operations, and other departments to create a seamless student experience.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top admissions talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Help support the continued expansion and long-term success of the Atlanta market.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has successfully led multiple admissions, enrollment, recruiting, or inside sales teams.
  • Thrives in developing managers and future leaders.
  • Enjoys building systems, improving processes, and creating accountability.
  • Uses data and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
  • Is comfortable leading across multiple campuses and building relationships with diverse teams.
  • Wants to be part of a growing organization where leadership has a visible impact.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in admissions, enrollment management, recruiting, inside sales, or a comparable performance-driven environment.
  • Experience managing multiple locations, markets, or business units.
  • Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and performance metrics to guide decisions.

What You’ll Receive

  • Competitive salary with performance incentives.
  • Hybrid work environment with regular travel throughout the Atlanta market.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Leadership development and career advancement opportunities.
  • The opportunity to lead a growing market while helping thousands of students pursue meaningful careers.

If you’re an Atlanta-area leader who is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and helping shape the future of a growing organization, we’d love to start the conversation.
